The 16-page colour publication is perfect for any member of the SWA and SWA2 which is filled with interesting features to keep you up to date on TRIC and what they do in the Wirral community.
The edition covers the months from July-September 2019 and will have a regular column from Community Manager Steve Williams.
Also packed in to the Community brochure is a photo montage of the recent Trophy Tour events, which saw the Sky Bet League Two Play-Off Final winners’ trophy which was taken around local Wirral schools.
An article on TRIC’s walking football sessions, which takes place in the Recreation Centre is also included, with Barry Williams, who has played walking football at TRFC over 250 times, in the spotlight.
Other pieces include updates on TRIC’s recent projects which saw them take an active lead on Mental Health Awareness Week and Dementia Awareness Week by engaging with local residents to partake in events at the Recreation Centre while you can read up on the Women’s Presentation evening at Prenton Park in May and the Red Heart Campaign Inter School tournament.
In partnership with Wirral Lifelong Learning Services, TRIC offer provides educational courses to Wirral residents where they can enhance their wellbeing and employment skills.
Case studies include programme participants showcased their time on the programme, which saw them gain experience with Cowsheds Catering at Prenton Park while also shadowing the Club’s Media and Marketing department.
A feature on World Environmental Day 2019 as well as a fun TRFC quiz are also in the issue while details on the summer soccer schools that TRIC are running can also be found.
