“The centre gave me a fantastic opportunity to stay imbedded in a football club whilst also gaining new qualifications. It really helped me out when I was injured and without a club, I didn’t know where I was going to go from there so being able to study and gain experience whilst still working on my football was a major help. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in the game”

“I came to the college at 16 and progressed playing football in the Under 18s and 19s very quickly. I then went to Skelmersdale United and Warrington Town which was brilliant before coming back to Tranmere Rovers. The centre is well worth it for anyone who wants to go down the footballing pathway and whose life revolves around the game. “
Dylan joined the Centre of Development after training and playing at Tranmere Rovers for many years, he is now studying for a Higher National Diploma with us. He is part of the Tranmere FC Futsal team and still plays semi-professional football for Warrington Town.
“I would recommend this to anyone wanting to get into football professionally. I was at The New Saints FC as a young lad but really pushed with my progression on at Tranmere, playing and expanding my skills at the Centre. I’ve been lucky enough to carry on with semi-professional teams so far and now play in the Welsh League.”
